2-4 yrs of experience in Non IT recruitment:
Sourcing of candidates through usual & novel methods
Conducting of HR interviews for candidate screening
Candidate Management
Exceptional communication skills
With age of not more than 28 years
Candidates who can join within 30 – 45 days
Additional Information
Although 3rd party payroll, this is a long term requirement with KPMG
where they are looking for candidates who can progressively be shifted
on KPMG’s payroll; based on their performance.
