Education — Graduation degree mandatory
Experience
• 6 months to 5 yrs of experience as Customer Care mandatory
• Experience in BPO / ITES or Logistics / Courier / Transportation preferred
• Candidate should have customer service experience in companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, etc.
Communication
• Excellent English skills – Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Job Description
Job Summary•
Provide exceptional customer support when communicating and assisting
customers in Germany. Ensure that high-quality standards are maintained
for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Resolve tickets over the telephone and email – Analyse customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
• Perform problem research when necessary.
• Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.
• Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.
• Track and manage resolution on customer’s behalf.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Required Candidate Profile
• Candidate should be proficient in speaking German, English and Hindi.
• Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, both spoken and written.
•
The role will involve communicating with customers directly over
live chat, email or the phone regarding queries related to our
products, their order status or any queries the customer might have.
• Candidate must be able to read, write and speak fluent German
