Job Details
Shift Timings9:30 am – 9:30 pm (day shift)
8:00 pm – 5:00 am (night shift)
1:00 am – 10:00 am (night shift)
Weekly Working Days — 6 Days
Off Days: — Wed
Note:1 rotational week off. For morning shift the candidate needs to complete any 9 hrs between 9.30 am to 9.30 pm
Salary Offered — 5.0 Lac to 9.0 Lac (annually)
Education — 12th pass mandatory
Experience
- 6 months to 4 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing, Sales / Business Development or Inside Sales Executive mandatory
- Experience in Education / Training, BPO / ITES, Real Estate, Aviation / Airlines or Hospitality / Hotels / Restaurants preferred
Job Description
- Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids.
- Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, whatsApp,SMS, calls.
- Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.
- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.
