Job Description
Looking for a highly coordinated Manager to oversee the Accounts Payable function within Finance department.
The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Expert knowledge of working on ERP systems.
- Will be responsible for complete procure to pay process environment.
- Will be responsible for timely payments to vendors & issue of purchase orders.
- Will be responsible for vendor registrations as per procurement policy.
- Assist controller with quarterly & monthly GST and TDS returns.
- Will be responsible for monthly vendor reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS provisions.
Additional Information
To apply one must have:
- At least 8-10 years of proven experience with a minimum 2 years in Accounts Payable
- Ideally background in a Multinational Services organization.
- Excellent communication skills
Reporting to: Financial Controller
Direct reports: Team of 2 accounts executives

B.Com/MBA
