Job Description:
Partner Sales Specialist
Cold call list of
people, provided by the company, looking to get a personal loan.
Understand the personal
loan requirement of people and the problems faced by them.
Explain them the
different loan products the company has to offer.
Persuade them to meet
our partner agents on ground to take their requirement further.
Log all the details in
the system and fix up a meeting between the customer and partner agent, using
the tools and process provided by the company.
What are we looking for
in you?
Previous experience in
Telecalling and Telesales
Good communication
skills
Good persuasion skills
Ability to empathise and
listen to the customer
Previous experience in
selling financial products (Loans, Creditcards, Insurance, Mutual Funds etc.)
is a huge plus
Willingness to work with
