Experience
- 2 yrs to 5 yrs of experience as Inside Sales Executive in Travel / Tourism mandatory
- Checklist: Required2 year + experience in international Travel Process(US, UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA etc)
- Sell / cross sell travel related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance , holiday Packages etc)
- Should have knowledge of GDS, sabre system, amadeus system
Job Description
1. Induction to be given on the joining of the employee Compensation & Benefits2. Monthly / Weekly MIS to be sent to Branch Head / HR Manager.

Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees. Performs a
wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities,
including Attendance of staff, calculating and recording payroll
deductions, processing requests for paycheck advances.
4. HR
Administration Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of PF
Forms, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
5. Statutory compliance – PF and ESI – remittances and transfers.
6. HR Management. Filing and Maintaining records.
7. Manual work – udpating the registers mandatory.
8. Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
9. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions
10. Leaves and attendance data. Bio Metric System- checking and downloading data.
