Desired Skills:
- At-least 5 Years of warehousing and supply chain management experience.
- Managed team of 10-20 members
- Proven track of driving process and productivity efficiency
- Result driven approach
- Good written and verbal communication in English
The candidate should have at-least graduation in any stream. E-Commerce experience will be preferable.
This position will be based out of Bangalore and Gross Salary level will be between INR 8 to INR 12 Lakhs depending on the experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth running of warehouse operations that include in-warding, picking/packing and dispatch
- Managing logistics team responsible for timely and most cost effective pickup and shipment of goods
- Timely and regular auditing of inventory across warehouses
- Driving productivity and bringing cost down by leveraging technology and systems in the process
- Publishing inventory lots correctly and timely on the Blubirch Platform and Providing closure reports for client communication
