Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped to him. Acquiring new agents/ brokers on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
Education
- Graduation degree mandatory
- Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) in Other preferred
Experience
1 yr to 12 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
Must be graduate from any stream, passing year must be mentioned in CV · No gaps in employment – up to 6 months acceptable (need to have relevant reasons for the same)
Preferably from industries like Life Insurance and General Insurance.

Job Description

* Acquiring new agents/ brokers on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
* Handling all the retail products across the portfolio including health, property, and motor.
* Maintaining relationships with the agents.
* To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the agents.
* To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
Fitment :
· Must be graduate from any stream, the passing year must be mentioned in the CV
· No gaps in employment – up to 6 months acceptable (need to have relevant reasons for the same)
· Age must be confirmed – for USM max 32yrs
· Must confirm his/her fixed CTC & Expected CTC
· Preferably from sales background also who would be interested to work in Motor Agency
· Must have knowledge of Motor agency
