Salary Offered ₹12,000 to ₹24,000 (monthly)

2% of total land package sales after achieving 8 conversions.

Education

• Under Graduation mandatory

Experience

• 6 months to 2 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing or Inside Sales Executive in Travel / Tourism mandatory
• Freshers from travel/tourism education background are also eligible.

Age

• 20 – 30 yrs

Communication

• Fluent English skills – Ability to Speak, Read & Write
• Excellent Hindi skills – Ability to Speak

Job Description

• Basically selling tour & travel packages.​
• Highly Passionate English/ Hindi Speaking Tour consultant for Travel Company
• Product Selling, Itinerary Making,  Relationship Building, Customer Needs Analysis, Presentation Skills
• Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages
• Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation
• Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials
• Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
• Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
• Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
• Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc)
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for payment returns
• Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
• Create and update electronic records of clients
• Maintain relationships with key persons
• Reach the revenue and profit targets
