What this job involves –
The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Detailed financial analysis of Projects
Pro Forma Cash Flow Preparation across Asset classes
Query Resolution Support
Must Haves –
Experience in conducting detailed Financial analysis of Projects
Experience in Pro Forma Cash Flow Preparation across Asset classes
Extensive experience in Financial Modelling
Real Estate knowledge will be a plus
Key Skills –
Financial Modelling
Financial Analysis
MS Excel Proficiency
Real Estate Finance knowledge or Project Finance knowledge
Understanding of Financial statements will be a plus
Additional Information
Immediate Joiners will be preferred

MBA/CA
