Experience

  •     5 yrs to 8 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Real Estate mandatory
  •     Real Estate experience required



Job Description

  •     Leading the Company's direct sales efforts
  •     Participating in sales strategy discussion at the Company level
  •     Managing incoming leads through calling & other marketing efforts
  •     Managing customer data in Company CRM
  •     Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to Company  
  •     Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  •     Good academic record
  •     Excellent communication and presentation skills along with good SALES CLOSURE skills is a must
  •     Deep understanding of real estate sales process and buyer dynamics
