Job Description
- Leading the Company's direct sales efforts
- Participating in sales strategy discussion at the Company level
- Managing incoming leads through calling & other marketing efforts
- Managing customer data in Company CRM
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to Company
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Good academic record
- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with good SALES CLOSURE skills is a must
- Deep understanding of real estate sales process and buyer dynamics
